  • Workbook tracking pages to plan and reflect on what your system needs and how to implement it for yourself. Record your needed tasks, track your pomodoro sessions, and evaluate your progress along the way to enhance your progress and scale your system to fit your unique needs. (Workbook length: 5 pages.)
  • Printable Poster of the 5 step Pomodoro session to post as a visual reminder of how to complete the system. Don't want to print it? Use it as a wallpaper on your phone!

  • Who is this for?
    Anyone who struggles to focus on their tasks and tends to get distracted easily, or anyone who feels they just don't have three hours of time to get their tasks done each day. The beauty of the system is in working for small blocks of time, then taking a break.
  • I've tried things like this before, and they haven't worked. What makes your system different?
    There's no magic system that is perfect for every person no matter what- but the way I lay it out for you honors YOU as a person, no matter what your circumstances and struggles are, or how different your personality is from mine. No system will work perfectly for every person, because we're all different. What I teach you is to adapt and customize the system (any system) to fit your own needs- you don't have to stick to it rigidly how it was written for you to see progress. I show you ways you can adapt and customize the system so that it fits into what you need (or have time and capacity for).
  • Do I need any special tools or planners for this?
    Nope! If you have a timer (your cell phone will work!) that's all you really need. I do provide a few printables and a digital tracker for you if you'd like to use them, but they're not required to get started. You'll get to adjust the system to fit your needs.
  • What if this doesn't work for me? Can I get a refund?
    I don't typically offer refunds on digital purchases since it's immediately available to you once you purchase, but if you're unhappy with the results you're getting with the workshop, definitely contact me via connect@vibranceandbliss.com and we'll chat about the problems you're facing and how I can help. If you need additional support or assistance I can definitely offer you that as well- my goal is for you to feel settled in your everyday routine and to start progressing toward your goals (so I want to help you get there!).
  • I just don't have a lot of time. How long will this take?
    The workshop itself is only 23 minutes long, which you can watch at 1.5-2x speed if you'd like (that's what I usually do!). After the training you can jump right into the system and complete it in 30 minutes or less. The whole process takes less than an hour, but you can repeat as much as you'd like, depending on what you need to get done.
