Who Am I? 

Hello! I’m Janeal! Having survived depression, 80+ hour work weeks while trying to manage a home and chronic overwhelm with a much-too-long-to-do list, I have developed systems to keep me efficient and productive, making progress on my responsibilities and goals, while also increasing my positivity and learning to fit in plenty of self-care too.
